Description

Yellow mustard seeds are used for making oils are light straw-yellow colored ,slightly larger, and less pungent than black mustard seeds. They are also grown in the Alwar district of Rajasthan, followed by Sri Ganganagar, Bharatpur, Tonk, and Sewal Madhopur.
